Service Pack 2 for Windows XP (AKA SP2) is an important update to
Windows XP that fixes many security problems and enables automatic
updates to keep you protected. If you are still at the Service Pack
1 level or (heaven forbid) earlier, you definitely should download
and install SP2.
If you are uncomfortable with doing this yourself, call Bob for
help.

AVG Free Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware may be
free, but it is still very powerful at protecting your system. And
unlike other programs, it doesn't bug you with constant messages
about upgrading or updating - it just works. If you like it, you
might want to consider the full version. Note: the free version is
for personal use only.
